You can obtain second type of report when you connect to miner through SSH and run cgminer.

I tried to interchange backplane between miners, problem is same, nothing improved.

My unit mines for 0-60 minutes before dropping all modules, with the fans also turning off. Brand new PSU in there (old one died, but had this problem before the PSU died), logs aren't showing anything of interest and not getting anything from Bitmine.
I have four CoinCraft Desk 1TH/s units, and I've had similar issues with two of them. They stop mining, turn off the fans, and the display on the front reads 0 GH/s.

Not sure if you are having the same problem as me, but this is what the problem was in my case: thermal shut down. Couldn't find anything in the miner logs. When I moved the machines to a cooler location they were ok.

The CCD firmware seems to shut down the mining at a relatively "low" temperature. My CCDs will shut down due to "heat" when all my other miners will continue chugging along. The other issue with the CCD is that when they hit their thermal "shut off" temperature they simply stop mining. Would be better if they shut down some ASICs for a while, or some method of reducing power draw, then try again later... a graceful degradation of performance due to thermal limitation.  But the CCDs just stop, and a reboot is required to get them started again.

Not sure what the temperature shut down value is, but it may be as low as 60-something degrees C. Put another way, my hottest CCD runs showing 58C temp at the front - that's the highest I've seen on a running unit.

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.

The refund part is strange... I was promised refund by mid September but the last reply was that it was postponed till late October...

after several weeks of waiting and still not getting my backplane i decided to dump the machine. so i now have 2 200 GH/s modules for sale, both are working (tested in the my remaining machine). price 0.5 btc, if somebody is interested pm me. buyer must pay the shipping from CH.

all sold out already, thanks.

Hello, today my PCB board has burned .. so i ended up with something like that (see below). I have filed a support request with Bitmine already, as my CoinCraft Desk is still under warranty, so far no reply. I read on this forum some of you people have got a replacement from Bitmine.ch, is this true?

P.S. the funny thing is that i was not over-clocking or anything, just moved the miner to the other shelf slot and boom here you go, out of my 800 GHz only 200Ghz are left.. so bad..

Have you sent them a refund request?
If so you just have to wait 4-12months and you'll maybe just maybe get you're money back
I have been waiting for a refund for 4 months now and have to wait at least 1,5 months still.

hi @ll,

have'nt been in this thread for some months but i never was far away :-)
so i just got the newsletter you surely also have gotten and bääääng here i am disturbing the silence.

The Clown wrote about partnership with IceMine ehf. dont know them and after trying to google them i do find nothing. but ok, surely my fault.

but then i saw this picture.... and i knew that i saw that picture before...
what picture do you ask?

the picture holding the cable: http://bitmine.ch/cloud-hashing-now-operational-www-bitmine-io/
so you can find this picture also on http://moria.is/img/gallery/cables.jpg
and more pictures you maybe recognize under http://moria.is/gallery.html

So please dear fellow miners, follow my advice and do not BELIEVE what the clown is saying. It does not matter if there is a REAL Cloud Service. What matters is the clown never plays with cards on the table...

if it is true what he is saying why he did not mention moria.is?  copy and paste?

what i can say after beeing months away is: nothing has changed with bitmine
