Reviewing the whitepaper of the project and identifying the members behind the team if they are really credible are very effective way of choosing a good ico. But other hunters are depending on the bounty manager, the higher the rank the better to participate in. Don't easily trust those bounty manager that are having a low ranking member, because most of them are just going to scammed us.

first before joining a  bounty campaign you need to Check their website .
so you can see if their Project is promising and their ICO is Legit .
because it has higher chance that the coin will not be a shitcoin or a Scam

For what i have learned from my friends they choose a good bounty according to the popularity and reputation of the campaign manager because respected manager will review the ICO very well before they accept it because their reputation is at stake.

Looking for a good bounty first is to check the ratings on what is good ico or good in thevmarket then check the supply check who iscthe bounty manager on that token . Check the ico price and check if its good stakes to bounty that token. You need time and effort to do this and always research first before choose a good bounty and make sire its not scam because sometimes ico bounty is just a scam or something happen after the bounty program so beware also. Before participating in bounty campaigns, first i check who is the campaign manager if he/she have good records that is one good factor for me. Second I read what it is about and if it have the potential in the future. Last read, read, read then analyze.

Choosing a bounty based on manager is a good option. No one wants to work hard for a couple of months then receive nothing. Go for bounties tat have high pay outs and a good manager. Read the rules and fulfil your part - this will increase the chances of being rewarded well.
