I need to register a QIWI wallet. https://qiwi.com/ (US #'s used to work years ago, but don't anymore .. I guess some new sanctions? w/e)

It should take two SMS, one to register the wallet and one to deactivate the 2FA for the mobile?

Anyone can do this?
