A friend of mine wants to sell 500 kW of mining facility in Montreal, Quebec. It has a service entrance of 600A at 600V 3 phase. All transformers/racking/plugs are already setup. Miners are currently running in this facility. Currently being billed at Rate M of Hydro Quebec. Building is about 3300 Sq Feet. Monthly lease for this building is 2200 CAD per month.
Owner of the building is flexible and lease can be made short term or long term, as per your preference.

Its a plug and play facility.

The power cost by Utility is as below :-

First 292 kW is charged by Utility (in CAD) at 0.069 per kWH
Balance 202 kW is charged by Utility (in CAD) at 0.057 per kWH

or

First 292 kW is charged by Utility (in USD) at 0.053 per kWH
Balance 202 kW is charged by Utility (in USD) at 0.044 per kWH
