There is only one way when you can say this thing that the market is sleeping and that is the case when there is not even a single investor or trader who is doing buying or selling of the crypto coins. I believe that with this facility that technology offers us has no reason to establish an opening time and a closing time for market. I may be wrong, but even countries like Japan that have regulated bitcoin have not imposed opening time and closing time for crypto market.

As whole world is connected through the internet and smart phones is the carrier for this. As time zone for all countries are  different so world can not sleep at the same time. if a certain exchange states that they open on a specific hours (i.e  8am to 10 pm ) then they are actually sleeping or maybe they are manage by real people and not by bots or any other software/tools to automate the process just like what we have on decentralized exchanges .

 you can only call the market never sleeps if they are always operating 24 hours / 7 days a week  no matter what time zones you are in .  that said schedule is mainly available online .

Yes that is right that the main reason is that bitcoin is not a centralized currency, bitcoin is decentralize and it available everywhere in the world, people do trading in different places in different time frame therefore it is said that market will never sleep.

Fiat currency trading is largely different from cryptocurrency trading. Fiat currency trading starts and ends at a certain time, but this is not the case with cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency trading is non-stop, fast-paced and knows no time, because it is not a local currency of any country that recognizes business time. And what's more absurd (I just realized based on my experience) is that the moment you sleep, that's the time your precious assets begin to move, and before you know it, it's already dumped. That's why traders often deprive themselves of sleep, and often reasoned out that "The market never sleeps."

Adding up too where those crypto exchangers are not the same with forex or stock brokers which do have centralized system and come to think that market do sleeps or stops on weekends but on this crypto world we can make up trades 24/7 as we want yet trade orders would vary on the traders itself and theres no such specific trading times or hours and this is the beauty of crypto yet it isn't really controllable.

the market never sleeps, the market will never sleep, because of the many activities conducted therein, which sold traded well assorted and different forms, not only focus in one kind only, so one of the other products are down can go up, so here it says the market is not going to sleep. the market will continue to go up at any time as long as there is still activity in it, and as long as there is still a seller's buyer or the transaction therein.
