Who is running bitcoin.org and bitcoin.it?

The whois page http://whois.domaintools.com/bitcoin.org indicates a Finnish company and http://whois.domaintools.com/bitcoin.it a German person. Does anyone has a bit more information on those?

Last I heard, sirius owns bitcoin.org. As for bitcoin.it, that's run by MagicalTux (Mark Karpeles), who you may know better as the current owner of MtGox.
