The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Really hope your project will succeed !

Unlikely. Devs gone, Github repo deleted. And apparently no nodes left.

After the bit coin this new idea has been drawing the attention of the investors all the time. I am pretty sure all the writing assignments can be done with the help of these types of blogs.

ATTENTION GUYS!

There is a revival of the original Asiccoin (ASC), WIN wallet is working like a charm with full working nodes.
A few users took the initiative to revive this coin, as it has still potential but it was totally neglected by its dev´s. Together we can make it great again! I strongly believe that. Here is the link to the new website:

Highly unlikely. This coin went devless years ago.

Users with coins might be willing to trade with you. I will see if I still have any, but it's not a high priority for me. It used to be very easy to mine, but I haven't touched it in years. I'm not even sure I still have my old wallet Cheesy

A bit sad really... it's a 'better' bitcoin cash if you think about it.

I could probably be persuaded to put up a pool. It was in the past a fairly easy one to do Tongue

I can't find my old Asic wallet. I think I have a bunch of coins somewhere...

didn't know there were any active pools.

I'll look into it. Has to be spare time, which I don't have a great deal of, but I like building and running pools Cheesy

I'm already working on one for Cypherfunks. Would be pretty minor to add ASC to it. I ran a private pool for it back when it was relatively new.

https://c-patex.com/markets/asicbtc

make some NOISE on the CMC form to getting the above exchange listed
that will make ASC visible on the list as "active"

right now
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/asiccoin/
is invisible when you search via CMC

Does any one know how profitable it is currently to mine this coin. According to the latest trading at CoinEx, it is about 8 million ASCs = 1 BTC. How many ascs do you get each day?

atm there is only about 150 m asc coins in circulation and to mine them you only get 1 per block they are actually a very valuable coin ! so with about 2 blocks per minute you'd get roughly 2700 ish blocks per day
