I sell btc in exchange for cash only cash like wu or moneygram everything would be through localbitcoin nobody will send first here

Nobody's gonna conduct a transaction with you unless you provide them with an escrow or alternatives that there would give and take negotiations between two parties.

it seems to me that you do not know how to read perhaps you have not seen localbitcoin or it is not valid as escrow?

I think he afraid to localbitcoin for some reason, if not, it easy to do that or using escrow. Thinking that this is a risky part of trading btc to cash. Yes, using escrow is the best way to avoid fraud or loss, but remember you have to use the escrow that is enriched so that all transactions can be done safely
