It appears my Hero account is banned with the message: "you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com"

I've had it since 2013 and whilst I participate in signature campaign's I don't consider myself a shitposter and generally avoid one liners unless it is directly related on topic.

Is there anyway to work out if this is a 1 week ban (first offence) or a perma ban? There doesn't appear a way to check. I have emailed the address as listed but from reading other comments you don't generally get a reply which I can understand as it is probably full of replies/emails etc.

It will tell you if it's a week ban or longer in the message if it just says you are banned then it's permanent. If you include the username here then the staff members can give you the reason why it's banned, or maybe someone from the community if all the messages haven't been removed.

If you don't want to disclose this information publicly send a message to theymos/cyrus.

That's not a hero account, so I'm not sure why you copy pasted that.   What you ought to do is start up your own thread and not pursue any appeal in this one.
