Nebula AI is a decentralized blockchain, integrated with artificial intelligence computing services. It can significantly reduce the traditional electricity usage on mining, by converting GPU mining machines into AI computing units. It allows anyone access AI computing resources from anywhere to anyplace in the world.

On the Nebula AI blockchain, developers can design and implement their own AI applications by communicating with Nebula AI API. Developers can get NBAI
tokens by posting free or paid apps. Application usages will also generate profits for developers in the form of NBAI tokens.The remaining cost will be paid for using the Nebula AI blockchain while running AI apps. Artificial intelligence transactions recorded on the NBAI will be irreversible. Distributed computing networks also ensure adequate computing power. Quoting from the WP, The tokens held by the foundation will be frozen and thawed in 18 stages (about 3 years). Every 60 days will represent a stage, and thaw the foundation’s holdings 1/18 each time.

Considering the amount of work that will go into developing, since the Helyx chain and the Orion main chain are going to be released one year apart, I think it's a measure to ensure the capital to pay developers and costs of operation

According to  the work need to be done by the Foundation it is not much.
We have to setup the following steps for the community:

* Engaging with the Scientific groups as universities to provide calculations resources for them.(Some of them will be donated to the Campus)
* Building the AI data center to provide enough calculation power in the beginning. (For sure in long term it should be provides by individuals )
* AI academy in US/ Canada etc  to training the AI Engineers.

Currently we already start working with Concordia University in Montreal. First course for AI computing is also started, the course is using bitcoin price in the past years as the training data.

The next goal will be teaching students using Nebula AI blockchain.

I can only say that Nebula is really a popular name. You can also find another project called "Nebulas" was a "Decentralized Search Framework." I went to Linkedin to check out the Nebula Ai project's participants and their CEO, who is a very active person in the blockchain and AI community in Canada. My friends at McGill University in Canada know Cao, which is why I am interested in this project.

So, in my circles, my friends think CEO is a dependable person. The project released its own testing network before the ICO and released its code on Github, winning the collaborate with several Canadian universities, including even medicine faculty of McGill University School. So, I think this is a worthy follow-up project.

Ps: I think the magic is that they can get cooperation with Hydro Quebec in Canada......
