Hi guys! The cases of hacking user accounts of this forum became more frequent. And now about 2 hours ago, my friend lost her account. For a few seconds her account was changed password and immediately changed the mail! I propose to complicate the procedure for replacing the user's mailbox! My girlfriend's account has 3 years of use of the forum, so she asked to contact support to restore the account and warn everyone that they set complicated passwords, and the administration complicated the procedure for replacing the tied mail! You should move (click bottom-left of this page) this this thread to Meta, and read Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords.

After changing the email address, she should have received an email which she can use to lock the account. This disables it for the thief.

If ever, I suggest that she use btc addresses that are sign message capable since it can help on the recovery of account if ever it was hacked by someone. It will ease account recovery if ever a similar scenario happens again in the near future. All she needs to do is to sign a message in her btc address, then pm it to theymos.
