Token Sale

The total supply of TLY is limited to 1 300 000 000 TLY. Of the total supply, 300 000 000 TLY will be sent to a development fund and locked for a period of two years.

Pre-sale starts on 15 February 2018. A maximum of 70 000 000 TLY (7% of total) will be offered for sale at 30 000 TLY per 1 ETH

Pre-sale ends on ends on 25 February 2018.

Preferred sale starts on 01 March 2018. A maximum of 70 000 000 TLY (7% of total) will be offered for sale at 25 375 TLY per 1 ETH

Preferred sale ends on 15 March 2018.

Main sale starts on 20 March 2018 and ends on 20 May 2018. 20 000 TLY will be offered per 1 ETH.

Minimum amount to participate: 0.5 ETH.

You have it written. Lumberscout is prohibited from selling ICO tokens to investors from the Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong and Macao) or the United States. Citizens of China or the United States are not allowed to purchase these tokens and Chinese / American ones. ISP providers will be protected from access to the sale of Lumberscout TLY tokens.
Lumberscout is prohibited from selling TLY to North Korean investors and similarly refuses to Korean providers in an attempt to gain access to the sale of tokens.
