Hi Everyone,
I need you guys here that have some experience with Ebay to give me some suggestion regarding purchasing or bidding this hardware. I am bidding below link hardware, but the sellers does not have a good feedback on selling and once paid but without any replying.  6 Hours to go for me to take it down, shall I take an escrow service instead of paying him directly. And it is totally low market price for this hardware, and I am worry that seller not gonna sent me when I paid. Kindly please advise.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You don't need an escrow.. If you pay with Paypal and the seller doesn't send you the item, you can do a chargeback.

Just make sure that the item that you've paid for is in the package before you sign for the delivery.

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion because I yet to do any charge back before so I am a little bit confused about it. And as I know, I am paypal verified, so I can only get back MYR 750, approximately USD 200 only if the seller not sending me an items. So I am just worried about that, does the bank or paypal asking many question that why I try to charge back the item that I already paid for? I just worried about complicated works later.

Appreciate your suggestion.

Cheers

If the seller can't prove delivery of the item then you can charge back 100% of what you paid. You just launch a dispute with paypal and they'll sort it out. If for some reason Paypal won't refund your money, your bank will.

Hi Mashed,
Ok, and thank you very much for your clear explanation. So i will try to communicate with the seller 1st if I really won the bid, because I need to pay more than what I bidding for the shipping fees because I am outside USA. So if I really didn't got my things out, maybe only the shipping fees because it will not included in the bidding price. So maybe I try to liaise with the seller.

Anyway, thank you so much for your explanation that I can launch a dispute cases with paypal and ebay in case my items not arrive or not as description.

Cheers

Hi,
I think I should closed this threat now. Maybe posted here and many people see that it is on low price. And also I don't wanna take the risk anymore for complicated works anyway. It is my mistake too for never look on sellers feedback before taking the bid.

Anyway, thanks for the earlier suggestion and really appreciate it.

Cheers
Kimi
