Hello

Did anyone use gatehub support in the past?

I can´t log in onto my wallet, and opened a ticket 2 weeks ago. I wrote to them, and nothing is happening, no answer, no update... What can I do?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I haven't, but I've seen several complaints about them and their support like this one here and also on reddit. Looks like it's hard to communicate with them. Try sending a message in their social media  accounts too:

And i think they are lots of customers are having issue in gatehub that i think they will turn into scam soon..
I haven't test their service but i don't trust that site if there are no trusted people are using it..
Just lets hope that they are just having some issue and sooner they will fix all customers issue..

Good for you. I wonder if how long would you wait for their reply if you haven't solve it yourself. Better to not use it anymore (or atleast for now) because if there would be any problem again, the same scenario will happen.

Same complaint here, made another ticket in the mean time.

Made a direct transfer of MyEtherWallet/MetaMask to Gatehub wallet via Gatehub Fifth, and lost 20-25% ETH during the transaction. Luckily it was only a small amount, but it never occurred before nor after.

Tracing this from one side is pretty hard since all payments wire through huge accounts and eventually the only point of reference will become the time estimate at which the transaction is made.

It took over a month to get a reply from them. But they replied at the end.

Hope you could solve your problems faster than me  Lips sealed On the moment they answered I already found another solution, so not much help.
