Only very dedicated people can afford to stay with project when it's already hopeless. I really hope that ANI is not that one and the founders will be in touch with community and complete other milestones on time to increase the confidence on the project.

Please help me
I used to buy ANI on coinexchange and after stopping there trades they were sent to a local wallet. Now while the price is high I want to sell. The question is: In my wallet I can make a transaction only in the amount of 1200 ANI. How can I increase the size of the transaction?
 The wallet periodically hangs, probably because of active mining. This is normal?

I have exactly same issue. I have to transfer in blocks of max 1250 coins. I have never heard of any fix.

Hello I have problems installing the windows wallet. I use win7 and I have AVG
The problem is that when I try to install it the AVG gives errors and deletes the wallet. is there a way to get the wallet file and not install it?

Hello I have problems installing the windows wallet. I use win7 and I have AVG
The problem is that when I try to install it the AVG gives errors and deletes the wallet. is there a way to get the wallet file and not install it?

This is typical of AV Products in general, as any "Miner" or "Bitcoin Miner" in their signature database is seen as "Riskware".

Since dev is not communicative, I don't know the valid MD5; however, as long as you dl from the official github (https://github.com/testzcrypto/Animecoin), you should be fine running it.

I would recommend to whitelist the entire folder path within your AV, as well as the "APPDATA" folder path (let me know if you don't know where this is located).

Lastly, since the Wallet likely isn't configured with up-to-date nodes, you will want to create a new file in your animecoin appdata folder called "animecoin.conf". Then, once created, edit it in Notepad and paste the following in there and click Save:

addnode=211.210.248.193:1212
addnode=2.95.233.94:1212
addnode=91.143.171.173:1212
addnode=211.211.140.41:1212
addnode=88.193.255.251:1212
addnode=1.227.67.183:1212
addnode=188.79.171.197:1212

Now, run the Wallet, and you should be able to sync.

Glad to see some activity here!!!

To make community heappy I added anime algo to tpruvot ccminer and make pull request https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/pull/41

Compiled versions (win32 and win64) you can find here https://github.com/testzcrypto/ccminer/releases or here https://mega.nz/#!tMZi3SQL!wpWM8SftREE5aH77m1KmssW7ofbgHp2iQLySHerXu_U

For solo mining you need to add flowing lines to animecoin.conf (if animecoin.conf doesn't exists you should create it in folder where wallet.dat located), addnode lines is not required for mining but it's will help to sync wallet with network, instead USER and PASS put any your values, password must be strong:
Code:
listen=1
daemon=1
server=1
rpcuser=USER
rpcpassword=PASS
rpcallowip=*

addnode=213.108.119.84:1212
addnode=195.46.187.71:1212
addnode=211.211.140.41:1212
addnode=211.210.248.193:1212
addnode=91.143.171.173:1212
addnode=2.95.233.94:1212
addnode=88.193.255.251:1212
addnode=1.227.67.183:1212
addnode=188.79.171.197:1212

Run ccminer as:
Code:
ccminer -a anime -o <IP of machine where you run Anime wallet>:2121 -u <USER from animecoin.conf> -p <PASS from animecoin.conf>

Happy mining and New Year!!!

This was the most stupid decision to lay out a miner. The coin is stopped at a big Difficulty. Or did you want this?

Great move.
So now instead of a great old coin being mined steadily through the "mining" button in the wallet, everyone with an 6 x 1080ti rig can now attack it and kill it with massive hash.
If you have actually looked properly you might have found there were already some good cpu miner about
I wish people would take the time to think things thru first Sad
All we need now is a pool or 3tp keep up with the farms and put the final nail in its coffin

There the power of the equipment is two times more. I think 15 x 1080ti at least. It's just that a person likes to write more than to think or wants to sell his coin stocks dearly.
Nothing, soon the euphoria will pass and the price will put everything in its place. According to my calculations, there will soon be a big price drop. You will soon be able to quietly mine your favorite coin..
