* VEE COIN PRIVATE PLACEMENT STATEMENT *

VEE coin has announced that the Company will generate a total of 5,142,858,000 VEE coins, 35% of which will be provided during the private placement period, with the value equals to the value of eighteen thousands Bitcoins (฿18,000). The total 35% of private placement VEE coins will be divided into one thousand units with each unit consisting of 1,800,000 VEE coins and equals eighteen bitcoins. Individual private placement participates shall be accredited participants, and will receive NO discount.

VEE coins can only be exchanged with Bitcoins.

The VEE Blockchain Platform will guarantee that the total supply of VEE coin will not exceed 7.599 billions. The remaining VEE coins (2,456,142,000 = 7,599,000,000 - 5,142,858,000) will be generated by mining or minting process after VEE Blockchain Platform is released.

Eighteen thousands Bitcoins (฿18,000)?   This is a very big amount.

Why is the minimum investment for this project 18 Bitcoins? This is very big amount too. I think for many small investors it is not possible to join the Vee project. Do you have any plans to lower the minimum investment or is this only for big players of the crypto world?

I wish you project success, but 18 Bitcoins is too much for me to invest it in you project.
