As I know, no need KYC for PRE-ICO. When will be ICO, KYC must be done. Developers said about it in Telegram. |

Devs do not accept US & China investors in ICO. They mentioned in Interview that KYC is not required during the pre-sale, not for ICO.

Who has any problem with sended token, if you want to check your balance, it is more secure to do it in the etherscan
If your tokens are in your wallet, they cant disapear
Try to load your tokens using decimals, ticker and contract address. Sometimes tokens disapear, but they are still on the ballance.
