Bitmain Antminer R3 their latest scrypt miner and the successor to their Antminer R1 is officially unveiled with product pictures in addition to that it is very evident their DCR Decred Antminer is getting closer and closer in addition to Ethereum ASIC rumors piling up . . my money is on them releasing a boxed gpu rig style as opposed to an actual ASIC but we shall see . . plus Halong Mining's Dragonmint B52 Blake2b siacoin 3.5 th/s miner . .

odd part is landing page shows 150 mbs but specs show 300 mbs (which I would bet are the correct specs) as 150 mbs matches antminer r1

If Bitmain does launch a Decred ASIC and/or an ETH ASIC, would make me wonder if and how long they were mining with it before releasing to public, ex. Bitmain X3 for CryptoNight.

Depends on what their development and manufacturing costs are but my guess is minimum of 2-3 months prior to release them to the public.
