Hi,

This morning I received an e-mail that a withdraw has been made in  my mt-gox account

this is the email i have received :

Hi,

A withdrawal has been ordered from my account and i didnt order it :

There has been a withdrawal from your Mt.Gox account:

Transaction reference: d94591ed-b2f1-4b9e-8c48-89d3faa31361
Date: 2013-11-13 12:07:32 GMT
IP: 94.198.240.70

You can access your account history for more details.

Please contact us as soon as possible by replying to this email if you did not request this withdrawal.



The address of the thief is 1LxbYhB9MvCsErX2ZtUDtj9kuJbTNBfcyg , the ammount of bc is 3.4

I have write to mtgox support but until now i haven't receive any answer.

Sorry to say this, but there is not much you can do.

I would not recommend storing more than you can afford to lose on a website or on a device that is connected to the internet. You should keep most of your BTC on a paper wallet or device not connected to the internet.

This part of the email is confusing: "A withdrawal has been ordered from my account and i didnt order it". I assume you didn't mean to put that there.

Anyway, they say to contact them as soon as possible. Did you do that?

Also, make sure that this is not a phishing attempt.

The bitcoins it seems to be in the wallet 3.4 the thief doesnt move it to another wallet.

Lets wait and see if he move the money
