His account most probably is banned due to faucet abuse related IP, why would a gambling site block/lock a deposing player? op if you didn't abuse faucet then you'll get your deposit/money back. i've seen a problem like this solved smoothly. contact their support!

Bitsler wont really make this far upto these days if those things you do claim was true. IP restrictions is common among gambling sites which they do really blocked accounts if they do saw fraudulent activities such as faucet abusing and other related means. They do have the right since its being state on their ToS which isn't surprising on such decision. If you do find it not right then you can anytime send out support ticket and explain on what you are trying to prove here.

I don't know what country you are from but in most first world countries you are innocent until proven guilty. And the evidence needs to be factual and can't be circumstantial.

Bitsler is just protecting themselves here from any potential future liabilities issues.
