Anyone having issues with Kalyhost? ... that reports on their invoices that they are Tibanne Co. Ltd.

I signed up for a VPS, got the email saying "... and is currently being installed"

Got the invoice saying "Your order is now completed."

Then tried to access the server and it doesn't exist.

Opened a support ticket over a week ago with their support system and it has been ignored
"Awaiting assignment to a support agent"

I've tried accessing the server various times over the last week (and again today) and it doesn't exist.

Seems really shoddy - using their name to get customers - providing false information after payment (the server details do not work) - and then ignoring support requests so far for over a week.

I've done a search of the forum (which I guess I should have done before signing up and NOT trusted the MtGox name) and found a few similar problems with them ...

I'm thinking I need to get a refund and tell everyone to stay away from "Tibanne Co. Ltd."
