No se han perdido. Si se confirma, están en tu cuenta destino. Si no se confirma, están en tu cuenta origen (aunque no lo parezca).

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

No, no se pierden. Prueba a resetear el blockchain y las transacciones de Multibit. https://multibit.org/help_resetBlockchain.html y relanza la transacción si fuera necesario.

Como estamos hablando de una cantidad importante, recuerda siempre tener un backup de tu wallet.
