In this thread we speculate on which ones of the forked bitcoin cash will prevail and thus represents a potentially good investment.
Anyone flipped either for the other one?

Check this out:
https://cash.coin.dance/

BCHSV is taking over BCHABC for what concerns hashrate.
However please note that hash rate cannot be reliably measured. This is an estimation and you would need sustained 51% hash OVER the ABC fork, not on the SV chain which doesnt matter at all. SV wants to reorg only the ABC chain. The prices of the SV altcoin show how much money is nChain losing compared to bitmain as the cannot profit from their chain.
BTW, ABC has now checkpoints that invalidate a total reorganization.
Number of blocks is a meaningless metric, proof of work is what matters and ABC is far ahead of SV in that respect. ABC hashing power is only dropping because they are so far ahead, it's more profitable to mine BTC atm so thats what they are doing, if it tightens back up they'll go back to ABC. The 'war' is over and CSW has been exposed as the braindead cunt he's always been.

Some points (will add any other reasonable input from your comments):

BCHABC (sell sv to buy abc)
+ ANT pool & Jihan Wu
+ Bitcoin.com
+ Binance, coinbase and other major exchanges have take BCHABC side. Bittrex has even dubbed it as BCH.
- Roger Ver has a somewhat negative reputation due to all the bullshit he says and traps he bangs

BCHSV (sell abc to buy sv)
+ Strong on 4chan memes
+ Both mine at a loss, but apparently BCHSV is mining at a more contained loss
--- Craig Wright has a reputation of liar and fraudster (worse than Ver); also known as Faketoshi

(ditch both)
+ The fork dispersed their weight and power even more; bch is now an internal feud
- Abc could become again bch and sv its own independent thing, both attracting faith and growing
- Could be good though to eliminate one loser out of the equation and recover faith in bch

Buterin very critical of BCH, in particular of Faketoshi:
https://twitter.com/VitalikButerin/status/1062662514004148225

About the checkpoint of BCHABC:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxeeQ_-QVNo&feature=youtu.be&t=16843
Listen from the timestamp. This is what was threatened and meant when Craig and Ayre blabbered about Poker, and this is why ABC went with finality checkpoints.

Closely monitor the price divergences.. big differences with BCHSV prices across the three exchanges..

BCHABC officially won hash war.. read the announcement on https://cash.coin.dance/

Announcement

Coin Dance is now able to declare that both active chains will continue to be permanently split into the foreseeable future. The majority of businesses in the cryptocurrency ecosystem are now using Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to refer to the chain maintained by miners operating in consensus with the latest implementations from Bitcoin ABC, Bitcoin Unlimited, Bitprim, Bitcoin XT, bcash, and bchd. A number of exchanges have added support for the Bitcoin SV chain under the Bitcoin SV (BSV / BCHSV) name but general app support is currently very limited. Expect to see announcements made from each of the major companies in the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem that clarify which chain(s) they will support going forward.

The Bitcoin SV community believes that dedicated hash is the key mechanism used for building network consensus. The Bitcoin Cash community believes that that miners, developers, businesses, and individuals should all have a voice on future protocol changes. Over time, we will see which of these two viewpoints ends up getting us closer to that dream of building digital cash for the entire world.

We also wanted to give a big thanks to the entire cryptocurrency community for all of the amazing support you’ve given us over the past several years. You are the reason why we do what we do!

We will continue to offer insights on Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Bitcoin SV (BSV) as needed.

That's right, if you followed my advice you would have sold BCHSV  at 145 to buy more BCHABC at 250, whereas now the prices are respectively 120 and 290.

SV has future but will be a very marginal player in the industry until Craig Wright is kicked out by Calvin Ayrie of CoinGeek.. I expect SV price to go in the 20-30$ range; nothing currently justifies its market capitalization since it's not even listed in most exchanges and has zero application which means they have to start all the marketing work back to zero.

Wright is the typical Aussie loud mouth who knows very little yet larps all day long.

BCHABC surely looks better than BCHSV currently. Even better may be to sell any of these two on any spike or pump and buy BTC with the proceeds.

The competition for these two coins is indeed horrendous and it seems that BCHABC has a name and price that is good in the eyes of investors, so there are still many investors who will invest in BCHABD.

Decentralized Ascending Auctions on Blockchain

I think that the CCC is about to be pumped in the future. This is the brainchild of the BCH. If the Executive Board sacrifices and is excluded from our market, they will inevitably invest the remaining money in the BCHSV.
We should take advantage of this opportunity to get great profits in the future.

By the way, finally Bittrex and Kraken have started supporting SV trading. Kraken have hinted that this is temporary, only until the price hits $0.. the funny part is that BOTH are complaining that SV are so incompetent that they couldn't even provide a working wallet implementation.. I wonder how long it will take for people to realize what kind of fraud Faketoshi is.

http://cryptobuzzfeed.com/coindesk/crypto-exchange-kraken-warns-traders-over-bitcoin-cash-sv-red-flags/

Kraken said in a blog post on Sunday that, while it has credited BCH SV tokens to its clients since the fork and has also launched trading in SV, the new crypto “does not meet Kraken’s usual listing requirements” and “should be seen as an extremely high risk investment.”

The exchange highlighted a number of “red flags” for traders, including that there are no wallets yet supporting replay protection –  a way to prevent a transaction occurring on both BCH blockchains simultaneously.

Additionally, it said, supply is “temporarily constrained” due to limited wallet support, while miners appear to be operating at a loss. Further, BCH SV’s future existence may be “mutually exclusive” with other blockchains as its representatives are “threatening” and “openly hostile” toward other blockchains.

Kraken also said that some major holders of the token have already suggested that they would be “dumping” the token as soon as they could

Something worth noticing for those of you who do arbitrage.. and for those of you who don't:

https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BCHABC_USDT
https://poloniex.com/exchange#usdc_bchabc
https://www.kraken.com/charts
BCHABC price on binance: 240; on poloniex and kraken: 235. Very close.

https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BCHSV_USDT
https://poloniex.com/exchange#usdc_bchsv
https://www.kraken.com/charts
BCHABC price on binance: 100; on poloniex and kraken: 70 This means only one thing about binance buy orders..

When I started this thread, suggesting to sell SV, it was trading at 170$. Now you can get it on Kraken and Poloniex and Bittrex for 40$ or less.
You're welcome to whoever followed my call.

If you did what I suggested, you would have sold your SV at 145 to buy ABC at 250 (pretty much current price), getting about 0.6 ABC for each SV sold.
Now for the same 0.6 ABC you can get back 3.5 SV instead of the initial one.

Sold all of my SV to buy ABC but i have a question, i can't find ABC listed on CMC and do you know about that? Do I miss something? I have heard that ABC has already merged with BCH and is that true? just curious about this dude. I'm ABC supporter. I hope faketoshi will be gone.

CMC now lists ABC as BCH, and SV as SV.

One thing ought to be admitted though.

SV has on its side some patents which could make it the Apple of cryptos.
If they didn't had them, Mastercard would.
Now it's gonna be interesting to see how things unfold. So far reception from the various Ver/Wu backed assets (coinbase, kraken. bitcoin.com) has been unsurprisingly very harsh, and the price has plummeted as I predicted.
