As developers already answered, Funds collected on the presale is still intact and funds will of course be used on project development and future needs and development of IAGON project.

The project vision is really promising "to create a global supercomputer", powered by Artificial Intelligence. I believe huge number of security measures to assure that all of the data and information are secured specially are in! Security first. But this projects, as I see, pays too much attention to security 

This can only work if scaling will be successfully addressed or otherwise I can't think of a global supercomputer that works perfectly.
