Spam and scam are not 100% eliminated in forums so I doubt you can find one that is 100% scam and spam free.

The decent ones I could recommend are: https://forum.bitcoin.com and https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin (there are a couple of other sub reddit's which you can also find there)

Also I've seen your post history, Not sure why you're searching for a spam-free forums when you're also spamming here Roll Eyes

There are so many scammy/spammy ones out there.
What's your concern through the forum? Are you even transacting with somebody that tries out to scam you? You need to generalize as all of the communities does have people who are acting like that. Acting that they all want to earn quick and the easiest way is to scam people so it's not only happening here in forum. That's why there's a trust system that we can base our trust to someone before taking up a deal and also there's a middle man (escrow) who's willing to help, you can tip or pay them for their service.
What are your other favorite bitcoin forums?
I'll agree with potatochips, r/bitcoin which theymos is also a moderator on it.

Here's a whole list of them:- https://coinpedia.org/information/bitcoin-forums-list-communities
Though its only better for you if you stick to bitcointalk, even in reddit people have bullshit conspiracy lame-ass theories, one of the reasons I don't use/like reddit. People spam here, that's not much of a problem, users(like you) will soon realize it is all for nothing,as merit system has screwed over the lives of shitposters. If you want to learn/discuss about bitcoin/any crypto, this forum should way more than enough.

I was to suggest  https://forum.bitcoin.com since this is only the nearest forum I do see which comes next to this forum itself when it comes on informations regarding crypto but I would tell you this which this Forum Bitcointalk.org is the best bitcoin/altcoin forum as of this date and theres no doubt on that. You can read up completely informations all about cryptos. Good luck

In my opinion, it doesn't get any better than this forum if you want the widest possible access to a huge range of topics and discussions on Bitcoin. The local boards are also helpful, if they happen to support your country/language.

I've been to the other forums mentioned above, nothing's made me stay like this one has (although I actually only returned here after two years and losing my original account). Here's another link from the Bitcoin wiki: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Forums
If you actually still like IRC, on freenode there are a few channels... not only are they generally spam free, they're very quiet when I visit =p

I might add that the Bitcoin and crypto sections on Quora are really picking up... spam seems more controlled there, and you get a really different crop of people.

I would not suggest using Reddit. Censorship on both r/Bitcoin and r/BTC is high, and FUD runs on both crazily (people pay for upvotes, manipulate voting, and even buy accounts to shill to name a few things; it's been absolutely cancerous since a few years ago). It really doesn't get any better than Bitcointalk if you're looking for any sort of Bitcoin or Altcoin-related discussion or help.

I see other members are suggesting Forum.Bitcoin.com, but personally, I'm not a big fan of this forum. It's not about their content, moderation, activity and etc. I mainly don't like their ceo Roger Ver.
Sometimes I'm visiting Forum.Bitcoingarden.org and allcryptotalk.com (tbh, I forgot about this forum and remember only when I saw this thread). I think it's decent forums, but not very active.
Also, sometimes I'm reading and discussing on some smaller forums, but they have limited niche auditory.
And there are many forums dedicated to altcoins, but I don't know which are decent.
