Dont believe unkown exchanges that claim they have already implemented the coin!
Waait for Hitbtc, Coinex!

I agree wait for others, but hitbtc is managed by a bunch of liars, I can only see problems when having to use them to claim.

I don't see anything about it on hitbtc... Are any exchanges officially supporting it sometime? Roll Eyes

https://blog.hitbtc.com/statement-on-monerov-fork/

Still, where is the wallet for it? When are they actually put it up for trading? Huh

wallet on the official website https://monerov.org/

I like the fact that individuals and businesses using MoneroV can safely, securely and anonymously make transactions with low fees!

Why did the price go from $10/coin down to .71/coin?  Not worth mining now...

Just ignore that bullshit exchange, there is like no volume that's why. Roll Eyes

I started syncing the MoneroV wallet last night. I still have a ways to go, thanks to my sluggish ISP.

So has anybody received their air drop? I obviously don't know if I got mine yet. Wink

Yep. Looks like we'll just have to play the waiting game for a bit longer.

You're further along than I am, that's for sure. I'm lucky to be at 81% right now. 1279908/1566077

I'm not a cheerleader for XMV, but it says on the website to transfer your Monero to another wallet after the fork so that you aren't risking your XMR when you import your keys to the XMV wallet. If they were trying to steal your XMR, I seriously doubt they would suggest that.

Yeah, everyone is having to sync from scratch off of the limited number of wallets that the dev had synced. They should have created a bootstrap and posted it on a file sharing site to help get everyone started. I don't blame them, I would be more worried if their team was more familiar with forks...lol. When a dev tells me they have "done this a hundred times", I tend to take my money elsewhere.
