Can not see REP in destination addr

Event log tab shows one of the recipient address is: 0x00000000000000000000000070e5ebbc529789dc1d0c474c526cada0d8fe0bc4 to which I sent about 3 REP-s.

From coinomi wallet, all my erc20 based token addresses are same as etherium address so following shows all eth and erc2 transactions:

But none of them shows AUGUR coin, I see some other coins I did in the past i.e. SONM, GNT etc.

I am wondering how come AUGUR is not appearing nowhere.

My binance REP addr, from which I sent the REP token (and can still see in the withdraw history) is 0x5fe758439aa4b3245eee039261e8706f7417d22d. However this address is not showing anywhere in TXID record.

Apparently TXID is showing From address as 0x000000000000000000000000d551234ae421e3bcba99a0da6d736074f22192ff
It is someone else's address. Where did it come from?

OK whatever the from address is, I Can see from this tab it was transferred, it is just not showing in coinomi. Oh headahce!
