It seems to have that timer issue again.  What is the frequency one is allowed to apply for another payout?
It worked when I first tried it after you said hear it was fixed and then I waited for more than half and hour
and it gave me a message saying to please come back in 54 minutes...  I came back a couple hours later
and now it is telling me to wait 49 minutes...

Custom coding > standard software. Why? Because you know what it does and where it could go wrong. But I could be wrong.
I could help you if you want, but I would have to know how you store the time when someone requested a payment and how you check that against the current time when someone is trying to get another payment.

I just store it in a database and check that.

No, I think I got it. I believe its just something to do with timing. I am just going to look over the code as soon as I get home.

It seems unlikely that someone else has already started sending btc to my account, though I had used it before when your faucet was up.
