Asrock h110 pro btc+

PSU- 1200 Watt
OS- Windows 10 Pro
GPU- gtx 1070 *1

I used only one GPU. set it up with PCI port directly with the Motherboard. Then I used it with a riser cable. In both situation its same. when I start mining with minergate with in 1 min the system freezes. when it up i found there is no card. Then after rebooting the system I can find out the gpu.

Have you checked to make sure your drivers are up to date?

you use minergate? no bro minergate is very bad

try to use a good app like claymore or ethermine and you will see well 31mh each card setting with msi afterburner +600 memory and 65% tdp

First check your temperature sensors on GPY, then try to use other mining software

I think the fan is not running and your temp is getting reach the limit that is why your miner crashes in few minutes..
Why not download msi burner first and set your fan manually to fixed 100% and test it ..
And i suggest to go mining with zcash nvidia cards is more profitable in equihash or zcash..
You can use DSTM miner or Bminer it can gives you more hashrate than a normal equihash miner..

Dstm thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2021765.0
Bminer thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2519271.0

I don't recommend ETH for nvidia cards ethereum are good in AMD cards..

try it without the riser.
plug gpu directly into the motherboards x16 slot and see if everything works fine.
if so you need to get better risers.
i see you tried this already.

remove any overclock from the gpu and run on defaut settings.
also make sure you are connecting the gpu with both power connectors on top. install the latest bios and drivers also before you start.

Are you using the drivers from NVidia or the ones that windows automatically downloads?

I used the latest drivers from the windows that install automatically. I have got that if I run the gpu in 85% power then the system runes smoothly. But when I increased the power to 100% then suddenly the total system hanged. But my PSU is 1200Watt. There is only One GPU I have changed all the power cables & the ports of the PSU but no results came out.
