Why isnt someone just stripping the VBIOS of the mining cards and applying these to the nvidia cards to get the bump in hash rates lol...

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

nvidia encrypts bios lol...

As in they encrypt where we can’t modify timings? Can’t see them in hex? To program an Nvidia bios all you need to do is use a hardware programmer? What do you mean they are encrypted. You can flash with a sky pro and modify with the bios chip directly lol. All you need to do is modify the BIOS wi h the timings and simply flash with a sky pro or spi flasher.
