Totally agree with both of your points, in addition when starting a business or any other investments a businessman or investor should treat every losses as a motivation to strive to be successful and learn form it, as complaining will do a person nothing and just upsets. I disagree according to some data I have been looking the failure rate of business is something between one third to a half of business closing doors on the first five years, that is a very significant number that cannot be ignored, so before starting a business because it is your passion you need to consider if you are going to be able to run it, I have seen a lot of people creating business that did not took a single class or read a book about how to do it and they went bankrupt.

Yap thats was right when people try to planned some new bussiness they just stuck on the plan and not begin at all. Success is not just about win. At first the success of a business will depend on the quality and the price of the service or products that you offer since that is what attracts the public but once that is covered the success will depend on how you manage your business, something in which many people fail despite having a lot of clients, I have seen restaurants facing bankruptcy and whenever I see it, its full of people so that business is not failing because of lack of money but bad administration.
