Most of the big exchanges require you to pay money to them for a listing - it can cost as much as $5000.

If I were you, I'd list on a decentralised exchange like Openledger:

(at the bottom of the page there is a "list your coin" form).

Then try to build up trading volume before you approach other exchanges to list your token. (most won't even consider you unless you can prove trading volume, as they make their money from trading fees).

It's 1 BTC, need cheaper, I will list with these guys in phase 2 but right now need exposure, Waves Dex where my token is doesn't automatically index user generated tokens, I am trying to reach them also to get my token indexed in main list.

There is no way that any exchange is going to accept that you pay the registration
fee with your token instead of BTC. Do you have any idea how many tokens are launched
everyday where the founders try to do exactly the same, because they either don´t have
the Bitcoins or don´t want to invest them?

I wish you good luck with your project, but if you really want to get your token on the exchanges
you have to either build a large community so that they can´t ignore you or you have to pay
the registration fee in BTC.
