99% and 0 blocks and it appears to be doing nothing...

Restarting or even downloading the whole blockchain again didn't help, it just downloads to 99% again.

Have it running bitcoind with this conf file:

proxy=127.0.0.1:9050
socks=5
tor=127.0.0.1:9050
port=8444
listen=1
externalip=bsukwvxg7tmtwgsc.onion
seednode=bsukwvxg7tmtwgsc.onion
addnode=e3tn727fywnioxrc.onion
seednode=nogleg.com
seednode=cybernet.phil21.net
seednode=static.99.121.4.46.clients.your-server.de
addnode=archivum.info
maxconnections=800

It has plenty connections established judging from the TOR network map and it downloaded 11,5GB again so connectivity should not be issue.

I might have opened Bitcoin-Qt for a few minutes while it was syncing in early stage, no problem then though. But it is from a different directory with diff data dir and diff port etc. Never had problems before running booth ... except one sometimes stalled and had to be restarted if booth where syncing.

Didn't change anything since it started doing this when I tried to get the last few weeks of blockdata a few days ago.

Windows 7 and 88.1
