Horizon Communications is not the only Telecom looking at the strength of blockchain technology.

Japanese telecommunications giant Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) has mentioned that it is looking at inventing a new contract agreement system that is built on blockchain technology, a patent application released on Thursday said.

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) is the world’s 4th largest telecommunication provider and over the years, the organization has embarked on various technological innovations to enhance its services. Recently, the telecom provider highlighted how it could use the blockchain application to store contracts in a safe and secure manner, without allowing the files to be interfered with.

Horizon State Developer Update
Hello, and welcome to our first “formal” development update here at Horizon State. Thus far we mainly discussed fragments of progress over Telegram and such, but have not really taken the time to put something out to the community in a less transient manner.

This update will serve as the start of a regular developer update series, so that you all can follow our progress as we reach our development milestones.
