There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

The idea is promising. Future prospects of the ico depends on how the plans on the roadmap get executed.
Looking forward to it.

If it can overcome the usual issues related to the cloudstorage services such as downtimes, bandwidth issues, hack attempts; then the future looks good. Crypto and cloudstorage are the next generation tech.

I believe that promising 100% uptime would be far-fetched, but with professional hosts the best possible uptime can be reached

we know that how days left are left before the ICO takes place, but how much time would it take for the steps included in the roadmap to get implemented. Please shed some light on it.
thanks

Hi. Maybe I didn't get it quite straight, but the deadlines are provided in the roadmap for each milestone (for example, beta version will be launched no later than QI 2019).

Although roadmap shows we will have to wait see this concept turning into reality. They have showed their approach where you can feel your presence in virtual space by moving among offices. This is called real innovation which will take hosting and advertising to new levels by this platform in near future. If this delivers will be big thing without doubt.

what do you mean by 'moving among offices' here? which offices?

We use Proof of Stake algorithm if that's what you mean. Thanks, we'll consider elaborating on the tech details or making a separate doc on that

I am thinking about investing in this ico , how is this ico different from the other cloud storage related icos that are already launched.

With centralized storage giants, your data is vulnerable to leaks and theft, as they don't even conceal scanning it. No privacy, that's to say.

Decentralized storage projects using blockchain solve the security problem, but lack reliability. They use a distributed network of PCs to store the data. Generally a good idea, but consumer devices are constantly going down for many reasons. They're simply not adjusted for 24/7 load. Or let's say your host's ISP is having some issues. Than the PC where your data is stored is going offline too.

Market.space engages professional hosting providers for whom backups, multi-regional redundancy and contracts with different ISP providers is a norm. These providers are brought together at a single marketplace with no pricing restrictions. That's the way  secure and reliable storage becomes affordable.

To resume, with Market.space professional hosts get an additional distribution channel for their unused capacities, and customers get top-notch storage service at the optimal price

I have read about the deadlines, I meant that we know that deadlines are not often met on time. I hope that all the plans get executed on time.

I understand your concern. We tried to be realistic while setting these deadlines, and we believe that they are feasible. Anyway, we'll  keep the community informed about our progress, so no surprices are expected.

Ok. Generally good, and has chances to rock. But I've got a question: what's your criteria for the hosts to enter? If I have a powerful PC with 4 HDs, but don't have a legal entity and my own website like all these professional hosts. Can I enter? And what are your terms?

I have the same questions. You wrote that no supercapacities are required to host in your system. Why d'you need professionals then?
