I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake)

Is this a loss? This is a missed benefit, every people missing something, for example I lost my millions because I did not buy bitcoins 8 years ago.

For Me, I won't buy altcoins. All I do was effort and time to join and participate bounties and campaigns. And earned tokens by those activities. Also I won't sold them when the price is too cheap compare to the ICO price. The best to sell them is when the price was same to ICO or even more. So that you could protect the investors of the project and the value of that token.

Most of us newbies have made this mistake often times and others to come will still make it sometimes due to low level of experience or there is a very important need that you need to sell early and take care of.Whatever happened is part of the road. Learn and go on to become a better person. But 80k is so much loss.

You don't lose anything . If you generated any profit by buying - selling ZClassic then you are fine . You can't earn all money , but if you are able to generate regular profits in trading you are qualified professional and will become rich with time . Forget about this incident , it is called FoMO syndrome (Fear of missing out) and if definitely will not make you feel better .

How can you say you lost $80,000 when you didn't have any Zclassic when the price spiked? You didn't lose anything.

That's like saying you lost $50,000,000 because you didn't buy a lottery ticket that might have won.

Actually you did not lost anything. You sold the zclassic for a profit and still profit is a profit whether it was 80k or less than. There is nothing wrong of taking profits. You can still invest in top coins, hodl it and wait for the bull run to come and in that case you can earn more money.

I thought you really lost 80000$. But that was your potential profit, you could have made it, had you kept your coins but you sold them early and was unable to make the profit so that doesn't count as a real loss of your money, it was the loss of your potential profit.

Selling is not a way of making money in cryptocurrenies. Crypto is new phenomenon and it is necessary to be patient and wait until you will become more experienced and until the market will ripened.

its really hard to predict on cryptocurrency mate, sometimes you are holding altcoin and you have waiting for the right price but it will drop, then sometimes you will sell coins you think that the price is ok for you but it will pump to the moon. but thats tge nature of crypto, always make a good decision and a good strategy and dont regret for every decision you made.

some times patient is the key , i too faced smae situation with Iotx. i could have earn 27K USD if i not sold. what to do. we learn lessons. but in other hand too much of holding brings you disaster too.

You will experience more same scenario in the coming days or months just move on once you sold your coin don't regret when you have decided to sell as that is your decision there are other more opportunity coming be thankful you didn't loss when selling your coins.

Believe me, such cases happen to many investors. I also often blame myself for selling the coin ahead of time. In order to avoid such situations, my advice to you is to sell only half of the coins. Leave the second part of the coins for a long time. Then you will not have a panic if the coin starts to fall, because you already got the profit. There're usually no flawless sales in this market. I guess you've gained your money for these two days and turned a profit. It's cool! The main advice is not to sell when the coin is going down!
