In the last month my account is there who want to replace my email with on behalf of BITCOINTALK, whether it is true from the forum what this is a hacker who wants to take over my account?

I want my account back but I do not understand how ..

I suppose this is not the account we are talking about here. If your account is compromised and still you can use it, then you can sit and relax. You are still fine with your account and if your account was truly hacked then your hacker was so generous. S/He let you access your account, still. All the best.
