Terrible move taking away instant purchases from loyal customers unless they link a visa card as of 10/11/13.  I will never recommend or use their service again.  Very disappointed, just can not go back to waiting 7 days to receive bitcoins...

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Obviously they had way to much fraud.

Linking to a visa card doesn't seem like such a bad measure to me. I'm not so sure if that's going to solve their problem though...

Outside of LB isn't(wasn't) coinbase one of the last exchanges to give you instant BTC for funds?? I know CampBX has an instant deposit for Dwolla, but you have to wait 3-4 days for your deposit to show up, so not quite exactly like coinbase.

I thought SR was closed why are drug dealers still needing to PURCHASE coins instantly?

Well actually I liked to play at bitzino with my coins...  Hence the point waiting seven days for btc is a pain.
