Tomorrow, 15th of February 2018 we will start our Pre-ICO sale, until the 15th of April 2018. During those two months, 200.000.000 NQBX will be sold for the special price of 40.000 NQBX for 1 Ether. But what is a NQBX and what can you do with it after the purchase?

A NQBX is the token of NiQBiX. The total supply of NQBX is 2.500.000.000 tokens (https://etherscan.io/token/0x4925fcea9d5f743b9a99f58a8dc90b73b4973287), but during the ICO and Pre-ICO only 1.200.000.000 will be sold.

After the Pre-ICO, the money raised with the token sales will be mainly used for marketing and networking. At the moment, our team is small and constituted mostly of computer and IT engineers. The Pre-ICO will allow us to create a stronger team and preparing the best way possible for our ICO sale. We will make sure NQBX enters the market right after our ICO sale. This means, earlier purchased tokens can be sold on the market for higher prices.

NQBX tokens will also serve as a voting “coin”. For example, cities with the most tokens, will get smarter first.

We will also make sure that we consider the opinion of our major investors while developing our projects. This means that people with many tokens will have an important position within the company and our projects.

What about the other 52% of our tokens? As shown in the token distribution pie chart, on our website, 32% of our tokens will be used inside our company to develop our projects; 16% of the NQBX tokens will be used for community, which means that everybody who wants to help us to develop our company or our projects, can be paid in tokens. The last 4% of the tokens will be used as backup.

We don't want to create a new cryptocurrency, we want to create Smart Cities that run on top of IOTA's currency.

Our tokens will be used as a decision maker inside our Network, like a stock inside a company, and obviously as an asset.
