Hi. I have BM tokens
By mistake I have sent my tokens to a wrong wallet address. How can I correct it to send it to my correct wallet address? I've send them to my private key instead of to my wallet address. I'm trying to contact the Bitcomo chat but no one answers me. I have also sent an email but they do not answer me either
I am newbie, sorry. I have saved a lot to buy the tokens and I would not like to lose them. What can I do?

Bitcomo is an erc20 token. Hence you should have given you wallet address properly. An address is derived from a public key which itself is further derived from the private key. If you have received your funds, then you need to immediately change your funds to another address as you have revealed your private key. Contact the chat as they will check the address before sending the funds as a erc20 address may consist of 0x as prefix and your private key may have some hexa decimal character.

EDIT : I think you cannot reverse your transaction. Actually you have given your private key instead of wallet address. Am right in understanding your problem?
If that is the case give your wallet address. Let me check.

I think I have not explained the matter well. I had tokens on the Bitcomo website. When the ICO ended, I transferred my tokens to that wrong wallet address. As I said before, I put the address of my wallet as my private key. That's why in my purse, which is "myetherwallet", I have not entered any token. When I go to the Bitcomo website, it tells me that I have "2 ..." tokens, but that I have available to transfer "0" tokens. How could I reverse that transfer and transfer my tokens to the correct address in my wallet? Thank you
