Good Morning!

I am the newest addition to HashFast Technologies as a Customer Support Manager. New to Bitcoin and Mining but very well versed in Sales and Order Processing. Keeping my customers happy and well informed is my #1 priority.

Looking forward to helping you navigate our products and services. My main immediate goal is to keep the threads HashFast is involved with updated and answer technical questions as they become available to me. Since we are brand new, not all technical questions will have answers immediately. However, I will communicate where I am in the process if there is a pressing issue you are encountering.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

That would be nice if only hashfast email worked . returns as invalid address . both sales and support. Even the link you posted here . Am trying to email you a receipt for a wire transfer so i can keep my place in line

I tried calling customer support and got the same thing I got last time I called  .took down name and email and never returned .
 I tried the email on website . they sent me back a email that simply said " what can we do for you ? "
 I already told them what I wanted in the support ticket . The email they sent me back did not even have a return email address . It contained mine  so when i replied it just got sent to me .

sure would like to ensure my place in line for delivery so I do not have to wait any longer than need be .

edit : I just realized that the email they sent me back with my own address was just a copy of the support ticket i sent them . Duh ! Brain fart .
  By the way if you call and get the girl from the obviously an answering service, just hang up . she does not even know who HashFast is nor what they do or sell . She will just get tired of trying to figure it out and get your name  email and phone and no one will ever get back with you . On the other hand the guy that answers some times will get your message through to someone .

just read a support question about manuals for the new machines  and software . that would be nice to have in advance so a person could get ready for the setup.
