Have one loan open right now (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2899081.0) but it's sitting at 180% collateral.

Want: 0.85 Bitcoin
Reason: Trading/Accumulating
Collateral: 300 ELA (https://www.huobi.pro/coin_coin/exchange/#ela_btc)
Notes: Elastos is a major Chinese altcoin which Bitmain will be dedicating 30-50% of their entire hash power to

Trusted lenders only.

BJEX, but it's not reliable.

It has been confirmed to be traded on Binance because of their partnership, but almost zero chance trading goes live in time.

I don't think this is a scam attempt, however I don't want to deal with a Chinese exchange given the crypto related climate there.
