to increase your merit , you need to post or write something that is helpful and full of thoughts, not just giving some random answer but giving ideas that have a quality.

Hey, coincidentally. I have the same question as you.
Merit can be donated from quality articles or updated every 3 months based on quantity / quality of posts. I'm not entirely sure about it.

To all of you asking how to get merit, here is a tip. Chaseing the merit points will lead you only to a higher quality spam.



Almost 90% of the people who after the merit will end up in this trap.
Just educate yourself a little more about the blockchain technology and bitcoin, be creative and helpful and the points will start to flow.

As far as I am concerned, you have to do the following things to get more merit. And this is the real guide!
1. Be theymos and post the announcement about the Merit thinky;
2. Post infographics about Merit, although a dozens have been posted already;
3. Start a new Topic and ask/complain about how to get Merit or why nobody gives merit;
(the three above have the best result)
4. Be a Bounty Campaign Manager;
5. Post helpful stuffs on the forum;

Don't worry and pay too much attention on your merit points. Simply be helpful, improve your posts' quality and do what you feel most comfortable in your current performance (in area of crypto0ecosystem); then merits will come by other users sooner or later. So hard to understand because broken English. Merit system will definitely kill broken English users like you, at least in terms of ranking up to higher levels. The fact is you can not contribute to the forum or help other users if your posts written in broken English. Read more, learn more, practice to write more with better English grammar before publishing next threads. I love the idea behind merit system and related ranking requirements.
