Ethereum price is a good coin and for sure it will increase more the price after few years and for sure those people who have a lot of ethereum will earn a lot of profit.  I think the ethereum will become $5000 this year 2018. As of now the price is 800 dollars plus so better to buy now and possible your money will become 5-6 times this year.  This coin also is the possible become next bitcoin after few years.

ICO investors have no alternative than to acquire enough ethereum for all their anticipated projects. So will always have a sustainable exchange volume. I dont expect a price less than $1000 now but by the end of the year ethereum should be close to $2000 or more.

I'm putting my positive hope into ETH. In terms of upgrades. Ethereum’s network has updates planned. Without boring you, updates include: Plasma/Raiden to make it faster and cheaper to do transactions, Casper to move from PoW (Proof of Work) to PoS (Proof of Stake) which will let you earn interest on Ether held, ZK-Snarks to make it anonymous, and “shards” to increase scalability. All these ideas actively being worked on. In other words, what Bitcoin is doing with the Lightening Network and Segwit, Ethereum is doing minus the controversy.

I invest in ETH but I don't expect that it will give me a very high profit this year. The peak of its growth was in 2017. This year the price can be multiplied by 2-5 times. But it would also be a good result for ETH. If you wanto to invest in a stable coin you can choose ETH.

I'm preparing to buy eth again on Monday, I'm dollar cost averaging over 5 purchases. I'll be severely reducing my exposure this year and will be conservative with how much I put in as long as BTC  is near 10K. Usually I split my stack around 90% HODL and 10% trading/hedging BTC, this year I'm moving to 75% long term HODL and 25% trading. Usually after this type of moon we retrace back, so I'm not looking for more than 50-100% profit for my holds over the next year. Will hold all of them until the middle of December 2018, sell and buy in 2 months...rinse repeat for 3 years.
