In my opinion--which isn't worth very much here--this doesn't rise to the level of begging. At all. What bugs me about that post is this line:
Selecting is great ICO will lead you to some huge profits in the future by just doing some research efforts into it.
The above has been written in every variation, combination, and permutation imaginable, and it's always the shitposters who write it. Saying that something will give you huge profits and that you need to do research
says absolutely nothing. But this is one of a limited number of things that non-English speaking shitposters have learned how to write, and they keep writing it ad nauseam. It's a completely useless, vapid thought, and it never needs to be written. You might as well tell everyone on bitcointalk that the sun will rise tomorrow.
Does this guy's post deserve merit? Absolutely not. But that little request at the end doesn't bother me, and I wouldn't tag him for writing it.
