What do you think hacking is? The actual laws broken were "unauthorized access to computers and computer networks." If you know that you don't belong on a system (like being B&), and you get on the system anyway (unlawful access), you could be V&. Find out about that, it's kind of creepy. Google it. Again, I'm not saying that anyone will go after some kid d*cking around on a forum, but the laws are there. No need to bring China into this.
*Getting B& is not a crime, but logging on after being banned is. Just because something is a crime doesn't mean that you will surely get punished, only that you *could*, if things go wrong. And i'm pretty sure you knew what i meant without me typing an essay about it.
Holy hell thanks for the laugh. There is no hacking going on by joining a forum over and over. None. There could be charge pressed if they accessed the admin panel and removed the ban, and you could prove it; or they are making some kind of death threats and the like. There is no illegal activity in being a troll on a forum. You have to ban the IP and so forth to mitigate the trolls/spambots and so forth. I would love to see a case where a forum owner sued a troll tho. That would be classic. FYI, here you go since you were too lazy to link it yourself. http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96783

quote defcoin ==== LOL... oh no, the coin is dead cause $DEV doesn't live on BCT! When will you people learn that everything on here is completely irrelevant next to useless. Devs need to stop using it all together, only then can crypto begin to flourish. It's such a shame that people consider this shit hole to be the pinnacle of information when it comes to developments. I don't blame $DEV for not coming on here, and frankly I am embarrassed that I even check BCT myself.

Yeah remember you are talking to crumbs - the guy that worked out there was 48 weeks in a year by multiplying 4wks by 12 then proceeded to tell someone off for doing poor maths! He's a total imbecile. Probably OCD or Special Needs. lol

Well crumbs, you are breaking your own advice and seemingly TOS. You are evading bans to repeat-Troll. Thanks for the info, I will contact BCT Admin and suggest they take this course of action to have your IPS cancel your contract. Thanks again.

Interestingly theBishop went right into my retards list after his first posts in Securities. I couldn't believe someone could still be so dumb - thankfully we now know it's not someone new. Maybe I should make it a subscription service! You are on my "Loser List" as you must have nothing to do with your life seeing that you spend it commenting in a thread on a security you have no investment in. What a loser....

Even threats to DoS and so forth will have to have proof before they even send you a letter in the mail let alone try to suspend your account. you mean where the hell is anything!?!? chips, shares or anything!?! You mean a picture of 40 cases and a general, no details update was not gold to you? Glad not everyone is ban-wagoned that has invested. @pankkake, your Ignore link is highlighted, and its the only one. Is that a present from the mods, cause it sure is funny from what I've read on the forums.

I'm not sure what the minimum threshold is but the highlighting starts with a pale yellow and gets progressively darker until it eventually hits a nice gonorrhea-discharge orange

Keep in mind kslaughter never gave a clear deadline for the chips. eASIC might very well be on track.
this is not "let's take our time lalalala" industry. this is a first to market or you're fucked more or less kind of environment. there were "timelines" give by eAsic. there were mentioned of when ken received money and when he paid them more or less. when you combine the two you have an idea of a "schedule". anything far off from it IS and looks bad. nda or not. hashfast came out with their stuff already and they "came out" a bit after ActM

Either there needed to be some changes for hashing software or they didn't work correctly - no one is really sure.

yeah yeah I've pretty much stopped taking any of this seriously.
One thing I've learned this past year: Anyone and everyone involved in the mining business of Bitcoin (with a very few exceptions) is either an inept flake or a con man. …or both perhaps?
hohum… I really do hope this thing works out, but I'm prepared for the worst.

It'd be nice to get some updates on both the shares being available for trade as well as an adjusted timeline after the delays.
