This is what I would like to see addressed, forget your asinine ActMcoinShare idea. And as an aside, wasn't there supposedly an ActM exchange in the works...? Did that just disappear like any notable updates/communication?

Ken please give us a real update. Let's start with the following.

1. Crypto-Trade.com - Please give us a DATE of when we will start trading.
2. Miners - Please take several detailed PICTURES of the assembled miners.
3. Chips - Please give us a DATE as to when we will receive chips for final assembly.
4. Farm - Please give us a PROJECTION as to how much hashpower we will bring online and a DATE as to when this will happen.

Please give us details and a few paragraphs of ActiveMining's game plan for Q1 2014. Thanks.

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.
Secure. Private. Untraceable.

Guys - I've decided to try sending Ken a PM every monday which includes a concise list of questions and suggestions which we would like his attention to, as Ken isn't likely to be reading this thread in any detail (and I can't blame him). Please PM me with anything you would like to add.

Updated List

Update Requests:
When and Where will we be able to trade shares?
When is the first batch of chips/boards supposed to arrive at VMC Assembly?
What do you estimate the ActM hashrate be at the end of January, February and March?
Do you have any more accurate energy efficiency figures yet? w/GH?

Other Requests:
Pictures of machines/chips

Suggestions:

I've removed the alt-coin for actm shares suggestion - we seem to have discussed it and between us realised its not a viable solution.

I've also added some specific questions from Kleeck.

Those questions have been asked for months and Ken have ignored them completely so far.
What makes you think he will answer them now?

When can Ken reveal more about intellihash; what it's is, what it does and how it works? I would like to be able to understand what makes intellihash a 'game changer'.  Thanks.

Well not like anyone cares, but I said I would update on my status.
Received a refund check last night (arrived 4 days after their response of processing the refund).
Bank now has a hold on it either because of the bank, the account, or possibly to verify.
Must wait until around the 16th, argh.

quote defcoin ==== LOL... oh no, the coin is dead cause $DEV doesn't live on BCT! When will you people learn that everything on here is completely irrelevant next to useless. Devs need to stop using it all together, only then can crypto begin to flourish. It's such a shame that people consider this shit hole to be the pinnacle of information when it comes to developments. I don't blame $DEV for not coming on here, and frankly I am embarrassed that I even check BCT myself.

i see you guys don't want me here, so i'll leave.  I a not VE

Cmon, you're joking right?  Its pretty obvious...(just from what i can see while riding the bus)

- VE begins posting mid-June, right when CG stops posting (until recently re-popping up claiming to have a unit).

- Both people are from Canada; CG as per name, and VE according to his posts

This isn't fair for Canadians.  I want to order 1000 USBS.  However,  I want to take advantage of my previous 50BTC order so that I can get 50BTC off, but WTCR in Canada won't be able to honor this.  It now seems that Friedcat is screening out Canadian emails as he hasn't replied to me for quite awhile now, as he probably wants me to deal directly with WTCR.  Bullshit.

- Both discuss having purchased 50 asicminer USBs

I won't get the 50 BTC rebate though for my previous 50 unit order.  Did you miss that part?  It was never a question of not being able to get 1000.

sweet, thanks!  Waiting for 50 USB's today, want to hook them up to a little notebook so hopefully it meets the other hardware requirements as well

- Posting times during the few days of profile overlap always line up; one will post at 2, the other at 2:45, then the first at 3:30 kind of thing, in unrelated threads

Then its just little things like Kevin O'Leary references..

. oops I thought i was kevin leary for a second there..

"Your product SUCKS, and with your unrealistic valuation you are nothing but a bottom feeding PIG.  I despise you.
So I'll make you an offer...."

yep, sounds about right  Cheesy

Then there's this beaut from VE to CG to justify spreading the rumor

The difference is you asked for a refund, so that would explain why you have not received the machine Smiley  your refund is being mined as we speak

0.5BTC if you show me proof via PM

So let's get this straight.

A week ago VE as Canadianguy posted that he had recieved a VMC mining machine and was watching it pump out BTC while he supped beer.
He offered to sell the machine via PM for ACtM shares.

Then a few days ago VE as Canadian guy said ACtM is a scam and that he didn't have a miner atall. He said he was paid 5BTC from zumzero to lie about having the machine and that zumzero was a Slaughter. (He has not shown any proof of PM's from Zumzero or a blockchain transaction for the imaginary 5BTC.)

Now VE is back and showing interest in ACtM shares being listed and acting like nothing happened.

OK they are the facts. Now can someone try to explain the rationale behind his tricks of the last week? What was it for? Is he mentally unstable? He veers from huge supporter to death-threat issuer by the day. What is wrong with this guy??

It's getting harder and harder to blame him. Having a not insignificant amount of money locked up for an indefinite period of time really grates on one's nerves. That coupled with this trainwreck of a thread makes me want to go full troll as well but I'm trying to hold back (not much fun kicking something when it's down + could only serve to harm my own financial interests).

The Guess Who? sock puppet game was fun at first, but now it's just paranoid "anyone against ActM = crumbs" and "anyone for ActM = zumzero or stuartuk) where in fact now more than ever negative sentiment is understandable if not completely expected.

All we can realistically do now is wait till Wednesday's update and hope for good news... Oh, and troll this thread mercilessly, though that will accomplish at least as little as waiting and hoping.

Good luck to all!

i cannot believe that refunds are only by cheque and not in BTC, I am flabbergasted that this seems to be a minor detail.

I don't know if any of you read gwern's Blackmail Fail piece but imagine my surprise when VolanicEruptor's name is mentioned...allbeit by the clearly disturbed blackmailer, for some reason I don't clearly understand. With all the crazy that VE has exhibited I can't help but want to imagine he is the blackmailer in the story.

It's long but I found the story quite entertaining, or you can ctrl+f to find the mention.
