Google 2FA verification remove request of Cryptopia exchange

I lost my mobile phone, and need to remove my Google 2FA verification on Cryptopia exchange. I have emailed to the team three weeks ago, however, no reply.

Has someone met the same issue? How long will the team reply?

Time will answer only from them.
For example, I waited 3 months for the answer from the Bittrix exchange))

And the secret code was saved, which was shown when you turned on 2FA?

Did you get a new mobile phone?  Can you restore your authenticator to get back in?  As a side note, I use Authy over Google Authenticator because they allow you to back up so you can restore it on another phone.
