Cryptonator not responded for 5 days Help

Hey i use cryptonator as my main wallet and my account had google authnicator but i lost it and have no backup key so i have no way to send funds i contacted customer support and this is what they said for the first time :

They did respond and the procedure seems pretty normal to me, for your own safety.

Why are you accusing them of a scam?

I don't think they are a scammer mate. I mean they are okay in terms of handling their customer concerns they are very practical towards their consumer protection policy so I don't think your post is appropriate to point them to a scammer. And besides you lack evidenced or proof.

I had posted about this problem with Cryptonator and a DOGE Deposit that was never released to me a couple weeks back and heres that post..

No answer to any of my support tickets, no help, no money back .. nothing nothing nothing ...

I had several different coins at Cryptonator. I thought it would be a good idea, to have different coins in one place.
Have exchanged some coins, received and sent ... that worked many times.

Because I do not get any help here, I have deducted all coins and can only warn everyone against this website.

I think this a site business for them.
I remember seeing they were bought out a long time ago.
So this might be the reason they are taking so long to respond to support tickets since it is not their main concern as they skim on customer support but only enough just to keep it going.

It's a shitty situation to be in when you have coins but they are locked and inaccessible. It's like having a car but someone else holds the keys. In fact, that might not be an appropriate analogy as keys can be duplicated. In the situation you are in (and those of others facing the same dilemma with other exchanges) you are totally at their mercy. They hold the keys to your coins so they basically own them for now.

How will the rest of the world's population ever trust digital currencies if exchanges can do this with impunity? I would go crazy if I had a million bucks and someone somewhere locked them indefinitely and gave me the silent treatment.
