Keyfile or long password, it can't be abused. Properly implemented, no one can steal your cold storage bitcoins. Denial of service is possible, but stealing the coins is not.

I mean, not without attempting brute force.

you can put these in bank locker also as do with other papers and files in lockers we can do also with this all
